Fiocco di Latte
Fiocchi di latte are made of the raw fresh milk curdling, let them stand in small containers to trickle, then immersed into the brine. This dairy product is very poor in fats because it's rich in moisture.
It's recommended to eat them with a dress of extra virgin oil; it's suitable for babies because of its high content of alive milk enzymes.

INGREDIENTS: Milk, curdle, alive milk enzymes, salt.
