Formaggio di Stabiae
Exclusively made by Raimo L. & Figli s.n.c. company, The Stabiae cheese is a registered trademark product made only by fresh milk, alive milk enzymes and salt. Later on the Stabiae cheese must mature at least 3 months to a maximum of a year. It comes to sale in three versions:
- Seasoned with the Gragnano wine most;
- Cramed in hay;
- White.

INGREDIENTS: Milk, curdle, alive milk enzymes, salt.
