Squaquerone
Squacquerone (even said "squacquarone") is a fresh and creamy texture cheese with a white color, tipically romagnolo (of Romagna), actually really well known in all the italian regions.
The name takes its origin by the local dialect word "squaquaron" that specifies the big amount of water of this cheese that is really soft and it's inclined to take the form of the object that hold it; it is very similar to "stracchino" or "crescenza", but its texture is more fluid (about 60% of water) and it doesn't have rind.

INGREDIENTS: Milk, curdle, alive milk enzymes, salt.
